Update on my conflict with wayrates, after many wasted emails that was going nowhere, I took out a refund request with PayPal, after many e-mails with the facts to Wayrates and PayPal regarding this issue, I found out that when you hit the reply button on PayPal e-mail, you then get a email from them to say there is no one monitoring this box. To cut a very long story short I eventually got an email from PayPal to say I have won my case and a refund is now on its way.
