They won't respond back to emails. My shipping address was auto filled with my old address from a few years ago and payment was processed before I could change the information. I tried correcting the shipping address with the link on their website at the bottom of the webpage, but it wouldn't acknowledge the change. I wish I had of read reviews before shopping on this website. Also, despite the fact it's called Wayrates doesn't mean that's the company's actual name according to payment method and billing info. The clothing looks good, but after reading reviews I'm not sure if I'm going to get quality I'm expecting. Disappointed they won't get back to me to correct the shipping address error.
