I placed a large order, and while I was waiting for my my confirmation information, I received a text message from my bank that monitors my VISA account asking me to authorize this purchase. I confirmed that I had made this purchase, and then never received my order confirmation, order number, or transaction number. Now they can’t find my order. They have my payment and email but can’t find my order without a transaction number that they never sent me. Beware!
