Ordered a T-Shirt via the Wayrates website. Having waited over 2 weeks for the order to arrive. Found that they had despatched the wrong T-Shirt. When contacting them for a refund. Received an email stating they will only issue the refund, once I return the T-Shirt, back to them. Instead of arranging for a free returns slip, as it was an error on their side. Wayrates expected me to pay for the full Delivery charge from UK to US. The delivery charge would have been close to the value of the actual T-Shirt. Wouldn't recommend shopping online with this company. I certainly won't be placing any future orders.
