Had a good experience overall, contrary to some of the reviews I came across after placing my order which I didn't get a receipt for and also got slammed with delivery fees which rang alarm bells! But I decided to have faith and contacted customer services who replied within a day and have been visible and responsive ever since, also providing updates. Yes the tracking numbers seemed bogus too as they don't seem to work, however, after a few weeks I've got a lovely parcel of X 3 retro shorts, the colours are as I imagined and 100% cotton, packaged with care and are a true UK medium fit and not Chinese as suggested by some reviewers? I'd order again for sure. :)
