SCAM! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. Purchase two 'real' Carhatt items for a christmas present, when they arrived it was very clear I was mislead into purchasing fake items, even though the website described them as real. Tried to return the items directly to wayrates but they refused to accept the returns, and offered me a partial refund which I did not accept. I raised a dispute with paypal who let me return the items, only to find out the return address is fake and the items were unable to be delivered. Paypal now want me to prove this before they will issue me a refund. Not sure how I'm meant to do this, but the whole website is a scam and I'm now out of pocket of over £120 due to this. Its been months of trying to get my money back from paypal. I'm now out of pocket for the return postage cost of £27, and I'm contacting paypal daily to try and get this resolved but they are being very difficult to deal with. Do not wate your money with this place. Its a scam and I can't believe the website hasn't been shut down by now.
