I bought a pair of Carhart cargo pants. They took weeks to be delivered and when they arrived they did not look how they did in the picture. The material was really cheap. It was thin and stretchy and I do not believe they were genuine.I contacted them to complain and they offered me an £11 cash refund (the trousers were around £50) or I could return them and have a full refund. I returned them, retaining the proof of postage receipt from the post office. Weeks later, I had still not received my refund so I contacted Wayrates. They took a number of days to respond, eventually asking for the return number and a photo of the proof of postage. I sent both.We have now had a few more email interactions, with them taking days to respond each time. They are refusing to acknowledge the tracking number I have provided and say they cannot verify the tracking number on the proof of postage. The proof of postage is from the Royal Mail Post Office and is all I was given. I have used these proof of postage labels before with no problems. The trousers which I have returned, coupled with the return air mail postage with proof of postage has cost me around £70 and I have nothing.Wayrates are fobbing me off and it doesn't look like they will honour their return. It's a scam. Fake clothes, no refund. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
