I never received my order but got the same response back from their team saying to contact the local depot "if it didn't arrive". The courier left the package at my door in a block of flats without secure entry, took a picture then left. They refused to investigate or to refund or replace the item which is against UK trading practices. Save your money and time and shop elswhere this company is rotten to the core, as you can see from the date of experience this is how long they've denied any responsibility.
