Ordered 4 items in November 21 as Xmas presents, there were supply issues from the off, but these things happen. Got 3 of the items Dec 28th, the final item was delayed. Told out of stock and do I want refund 20th Jan. Nothing no refund, email every week to be told the finance department has my refund, kept chasing, then told on the 10th it has been successfully refunded, IT HADN't, keep chasing, they now say check bank/Paypal, Bank/Paypal says no, Wayrates say yes,bank/Paypal says no etc etc This is such a shame as the items were good, and communications originally was really good, now I am just in a never ending loop.
