I have over the last few months placed three orders, two of which were not a problem. However, the third has been an issue out of all proportion! They seem reluctant to take back the wrong order, instead they say keep it and offer a voucher. This sounds fine but to squeeze out of them the value of the voucher is another matter. Just a lot of emails going back and forth. I agreed in the end to accept a £10.00 voucher which I assumed would be put on my account, but no it wasn't honoured!
