Hard for me to believe that I could not return the item for a full refund, when it was Wayrates who sent me the wrong size. Why should I have to pay for any of it, when it was 100% Wayrates fault. Wayrates should have given me 100% full credit and sent me the right-side for their mistake, but instead they decided to make up some excurse that I was not entitled to a 100% refund since they had to close down their US operation due to COVID-19. Will the whole world has been exposed to COVID-19 so that is no excuse for Wayrates horrible customer service. I would never buy from them again, nor should you!!
