I've been facing a persistent problem with the company since last month. I placed an order on 11/17 for a desk top, which arrived damaged ten days later. I initiated the return process and submitted photos to the representative on 12/2. Now, on 12/23, no one has collected the item, and I haven't received any credit. I just spoke with a third representative and I'm not optimistic about a resolution. This was my first purchase, and it will definitely be my last.
