I've been facing a persistent issue with the service since last month. I placed an order on 11/17 for a desk top. The item arrived damaged 10 days later. I initiated the return process and sent pictures to the representative on 12/2. Now it's 12/23, and no one has picked up the item, nor have I received any credits. I just spoke with a third representative, but I don't hold much hope for a resolution. This was my first experience with the service, and it will definitely be my last.

My recent experience with the company—specifically with a supervisor—has been very disappointing. We ordered name badges twice and received a different brand each time, which did not meet our needs. Despite providing clear documentation, the supervisor claimed that the company no longer works with the original brand, using that as an excuse to refuse an exchange. When we requested to exchange the incorrect items for a different option, her tone changed, and she denied any resolution. This is not the first issue we've faced, and the ongoing problems show a pattern of poor service. Due to this experience, we are extremely dissatisfied and will no longer engage with the company.
I am very disappointed with the company. The initial delivery of a large whiteboard was delayed for over a month after payment. When it finally arrived, the board was warped and fell off the included mounting system. I was promised a replacement, but it’s now two weeks past the expected date. This level of delay and lack of follow-through is simply unprofessional.
I placed an order with the company, and after paying the invoice, they changed my account to prepaid. They waited until I paid to inform me that I was categorized as a new customer. This is definitely not good business. I will be reporting this to the appropriate authorities and advising my network against ordering from here.
I ordered specialty paper needed for my business over three weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I had to find an alternative source in the meantime. I would never buy from this company again. They claimed the specific case of paper I ordered was out of stock to avoid honoring the price. When I pointed out they were still offering a similar product at the lower price, they changed their story and claimed they couldn't ship to my area, even though their trucks go by my office. This feels like a bait and switch.
The paper quality is disappointing. I received an email about a sale ending soon, but after not ordering, I got another email saying the sale was extended. When I finally ordered, the paper was not of the quality expected, and it was transparent. This was not the first time I faced such issues with the company.
I placed an order and never received it. After five calls to customer support, each representative made excuses about delivery issues. They provided multiple false statements about the order being refused or misdirected. I will never order from this company again!
