They require cash payment upfront, and now I see why. You can't get that cash back when they fail to fulfill your order. Requesting the product you paid for but never received leads to dead ends. They say "NO REFUNDS!" It’s not a refund; it’s them not delivering what I paid for. That’s theft. I experienced this twice and I’m finished. They are a questionable business, evident in their lack of support and the strange payment processes.
