You will not receive what you expect; items are often missing, damaged, or leaking, and there is no accountability. They request lengthy unboxing videos while only accepting a few screenshots at once. The overall incompetence is frustrating, but the customer service makes it even worse.
Extremely unsatisfactory support. I received a faulty pen and had to submit several videos, only to be informed that I would receive a credit. However, this credit cannot be applied with a discount code and is not valid for shipping costs. Essentially, I have to spend MORE money just to feel like I’m getting what I originally paid for. How is this acceptable?? I will not be making any future purchases.
They require cash payment upfront, and now I see why. You can't get that cash back when they fail to fulfill your order. Requesting the product you paid for but never received leads to dead ends. They say "NO REFUNDS!" It’s not a refund; it’s them not delivering what I paid for. That’s theft. I experienced this twice and I’m finished. They are a questionable business, evident in their lack of support and the strange payment processes.
This shop has been my go-to for years, but lately… I still buy from them, but prices have skyrocketed and it seems their customer base has expanded significantly. This has led to changes in quality ratings, making it harder to find good options without spending a lot. It’s unfortunate because I used to be happy with any grade. Now, it’s hit or miss.
