I've used WD hard drives for years, without a problem, however, I had never purchased directly from them before. I never will again.Ordered 2 weeks ago. Courier has advised the item was damaged in transit. WD have been uncontactable to sort this out, either by refunding me, or by sending another. Disappointing. I personally will not be ordering directly again. I wouldn't have done in the first place if I'd have found the reviews on this page!
