Earning points is simple, but the redemption process is a nightmare. I've attempted several times to redeem my points, but nothing has worked. I have a large amount waiting to be redeemed. Most recently, I tried to redeem points at the end of October, and my request is still pending. I can't attempt any new redemptions because there’s one already in progress. I've switched to another platform where getting gift cards or cash transfers is instant.
