I've been unable to redeem points for over 6 weeks and their support desk doesn't respond to requests. This is not the first occasion. I've tried to contact them in vain. Also, it is extremely difficult to contact them if you're already a member as nothing about 'contacting support' appears on your dashboard. I recommend staying away from this company.
