Recently I signed up with wdyt.com.au surveys provider and from the beginning was quite pleased with the number of surveys provided and the ease in which the surveys were able to be accessed. However, when it came to getting answers from the support team on issues of concern, they promised to get back in contact within the minimum possible time otherwise no later than 24hrs but nothing else is heard from the team thereafter. I am concerned that I have accumulated points and requested my first gift card payment from them but am still waiting on an answer from them on just how long it takes before I receive the promised reward of a $25.00 gift card which was for a number of surveys that had been completed.
