While earning points is easy, the redemption process is incredibly frustrating. I've tried multiple times to redeem my points, but nothing has gone through. I have a significant amount ready to be redeemed. Most recently, I attempted to redeem points at the end of October, and my request is still pending. I can't attempt further redemptions because there’s one already in progress. I've switched to another platform where obtaining gift cards or cash transfers to my bank account is quick and hassle-free.
