I made a purchase of R$6.00 on the website to sign a document online, and to do so, I used my credit card details. Three days later, I received a charge of R$266 on my bill and a welcome email from them to the subscriber board, saying that I had purchased a service package that I did not purchase.
I tried to contact them by email and they offered me a 20% refund initially, and 50% later, which I did not accept, as I want a full refund.
It seems to me a typical case of using card details to make a compulsory subscription purchase
and, if I didn't notice, they would charge me and put me on their subscriber list without my consent.
I have already requested a dispute of the purchase from the bank and am trying to get a refund by contacting the company, which is refusing.
This practice is a scam, and the least they can do is reverse my purchase and refund me.
