After I paid for one form €0.49, within two days my subscription of €49 was taken off me, which I did not approve personally, they claim that I accepted their terms as soon as I registered, this was not clearly visible to me anywhere. I also complained and asked for a refund, which they also did not want to pay me, but to return a measly 20% or €9.80, and they immediately removed me from the subscription and I did not ask for it in the email, so I paid something like €49? I ask for a refund? And the first thing you do is delete me and offer me 20%? So I can no longer use the service I paid for? They are so available when you buy and need something and so exclusive when you ask them for something. I am a foreigner in a new country, and I just needed the form to receive my first salary. I will not go bankrupt because of that €40, but it is about principle and mutual satisfaction, and I only see one direction here. I'm just curious, how do you deal with older people who are not so good with technology?!? It's sad that in the virtual world things work like that.
