I share the sentiments of others who have rated this service poorly. The customer support is generally inadequate and lacks urgency. There’s no follow-up on issues, and assistance is nowhere to be found when problems arise. Conversations with the support team feel like they are coming from an outsourced center. I cannot recommend this service and will be closing my account due to this unsatisfactory experience.
