Two months of waiting...

I signed up in October and transferred two pensions. One provider confirmed closure, but it’s still not reflected in my account. The other pension transfer is stagnant with no updates. I feel confused and disappointed. It’s been nearly two months of chasing emails, and I’m left wondering what is happening.
