I ordered two pairs of shoes, but neither fit correctly. When I reached out for a refund, the best they could offer was a 40% refund or a $20 fee per pair to return them, even though they were shipped together. Their return policy is unclear on the website. Because of this, I will not be purchasing from this company again.
