Customer support lacks knowledge about release dates and restocks, making inquiries pointless. They use evasive strategies to avoid refunds and responsibility. When issues occur, they blame the studio rather than owning up. Their announced release dates and most information cannot be trusted. If the studio changes dates or cancels orders, you won't be notified, and they will refuse refunds while trying to keep your payment without delivering anything. They create confusion and attempted to convince me to accept an order cancellation without a refund. I had to escalate it to a dispute, which I thankfully won. Avoid buying from this service unless you have solid customer protection. Take screenshots of everything in case you need to file a dispute. Honestly, if you can, just don't purchase from this site; it feels hit or miss, and the customer service is inadequate.
