If the studio changes release dates or cancels orders, you won't be informed, and they will deny refunds while trying to keep your payment without delivering anything. They create misunderstandings and attempted to trick me into accepting an order cancellation without a refund. I had to escalate it to a dispute, which I fortunately won. Avoid purchasing from this service unless you have strong customer protection. Save screenshots of everything in case you need to file a dispute. Honestly, if you can, just steer clear of this site; it seems unpredictable, and the customer service is lacking.

So, I had an interesting experience. I stumbled upon a YouTube video from a figure collector promoting a discount code for this shop. Curious, I browsed their catalog and found a figure preorder that piqued my interest. I decided to take a chance and placed my order in October 2023, expecting it to arrive in summer 2024. However, summer came and went without any figure. I debated whether to complain or request a refund but ultimately did nothing. Fast forward to November 2025, two years after my order, I received an email with a request for delivery payment. I was skeptical but paid. A month later, I tracked my shipment, and it was on its way via DHL. Today, I received the package. The figure, while simple, is well-made and matches the declared scale, though its legs are a bit longer than in the promo image. I'm satisfied with my purchase, giving 4 stars since better communication would have earned them a 5.

Broken Item After Long Wait and Poor Communication

My partner ordered the Darkmoon Greatsword as a Christmas gift from this service. We were told it would arrive in two months but received it half a year later, with tracking only available on a poorly translated Chinese site. The operator's response to my inquiries was dismissive, saying 'don’t worry too much, we’ll keep pushing.' After four months of no updates, I contacted the shipping company directly and learned my package was with UPS within a week. Unfortunately, when it arrived, it was BROKEN, cut in half and undisplayable. They offered a replacement, which I refused, and I requested a way to fix it instead. I filed a claim for a partial shipping refund and for the product itself. Overall, the experience was frustrating; the operator was unhelpful and ignored my questions about my insurance number. I'm still waiting for a response from their 'manager' and am far from satisfied.

I received the Maliketh Black Blade after about three months of waiting in Denmark. I was able to track the shipment with the information provided, which was reassuring. Three-Year Wait

It's nearing three years since I ordered from this service. The statue was supposed to release in October 2022, but the date was pushed back without any notification. I've spent almost three years trying to get updates through emails, and they still haven't provided any information about my statue. Now, I'm waiting until after February 2025 to follow up again about shipping and my statue's status. Meanwhile, this same statue is available on another site and is obviously released, while this service still lists it as a presale.

Poor Communication

I placed an order for a figure in October 2023 but received no updates for a year. When I inquired in August, I learned it still wasn't released. In October, they announced on social media that it was released, but I received no shipping email. After reaching out again, they claimed to have emailed me in October, but I found nothing in my spam or junk folders. The email address had many Chinese characters, likely triggering phishing detection. When I asked them to resend it, they finally informed me that my figure was no longer available and that I wouldn't receive a full refund due to their policy. This service is disappointing; I was told to wait a year, yet they couldn’t hold my pre-ordered figure for more than a month.
