Where do I start with the frustrating customer experience? I bought an item on Black Friday as a Christmas gift, but it was too large. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size but couldn't use the returns portal because it didn't acknowledge the extended returns period. I had to return it at my expense and requested an exchange. Numerous emails to customer support went unanswered or received generic responses that didn’t address my concerns. Eventually, I received a gift card instead of the exchange I wanted. The item was in stock in the requested size, so why wasn’t it sent as an exchange? I attempted to purchase with the gift card, but the system processed a payment without my consent. I contacted support again and received another generic response, ignoring my request to refund my card and apply the gift card instead. They may be a small team, but if they keep treating customers this way, they'll likely go out of business. Please refund my payment and allow me to use the gift card to resolve this issue.
