The quality of clothes is really good for the price, especially knitwear.
What I like the most is their relax cut which fits perfectly and doesn’t look like neglected.
I’ve ordered a good amount of clothes and had to send back a jacket. The customer service has been helpful and understanding.
Terrible customer service.
I purchased an item 3 months ago that got stuck in customs and never delivered. 3 months later, I'm still waiting for a resolution.
I get 1 email every ~2 weeks or so telling me that someone is looking into this. I was offered a 15% discount on future purchases, but still don't have my $200+ item, or any path to resolution.
Really disappointing experience, would not recommend purchasing from them any time soon because clearly they cannot handle the operational side of running a brand.
If you buy something it's a roll of the dice whether you receive the item, or they just take your money and ignore you.
I ordered a package on November 30. The package never arrived and after a month I followed up with Bound about what was happening, they responded a couple weeks later saying my package had been declared lost and I could choose a replacement item as what i originally ordered wasn’t available anymore. I responded right away requesting an item that was a price jump, but i thought would be fine as I had lost my package. About a week later I finally heard from them, saying it was too expensive to replace my cheaper item, so I checked their website and found the item i had originally ordered much to my frustration as they said it wasn’t available anymore. I emailed back asking for that shirt and haven’t heard anything, just sending a follow up email today after 2 weeks of nothing. While their customer service has been decent when they respond, the long wait is very frustrating and I don’t feel like a priority at all. Sad because I was excited to support a small brand, but i won’t be shopping with Bound again. Hopefully this situation can be resolved soon.
One of the best in the business, this brand rocks. The clothing is all fire and what tops it off is really good customer service. Shoutout to the team at bound!

I received a damaged item, and after returning it, the same product was sent back to me. Responses to my emails took days or even weeks. It's been six weeks since I raised the issue, and I’m still dealing with returns before I can receive the item I’ve already paid for. The compensation offered was essentially a discount for future purchases instead of addressing the inconvenience caused. While I understand the challenges of being a small company, slow responses during busy seasons don’t justify the trouble to customers. In the end, I will be where I should have been initially, having paid full price, but after six weeks of delays and frustrating follow-ups. I also had to explain to a relative why they didn't receive a Christmas gift. The only reason I’m not giving this one star is that another item I ordered was fine, and aside from the damage, the t-shirt met my expectations. This experience has been disappointing.
Purchased an item that took much longer than the promised two-day delivery. When it finally arrived, it was nothing like the image and did not fit as described. I returned it the next day. After several months of chasing the refund through emails, I was informed that sale items could only be returned for credit or exchange. This was not disclosed at checkout.
Where do I start with the frustrating customer experience? I bought an item on Black Friday as a Christmas gift, but it was too large. I wanted to exchange it for a smaller size but couldn't use the returns portal because it didn't acknowledge the extended returns period. I had to return it at my expense and requested an exchange. Numerous emails to customer support went unanswered or received generic responses that didn’t address my concerns. Eventually, I received a gift card instead of the exchange I wanted. The item was in stock in the requested size, so why wasn’t it sent as an exchange? I attempted to purchase with the gift card, but the system processed a payment without my consent. I contacted support again and received another generic response, ignoring my request to refund my card and apply the gift card instead. They may be a small team, but if they keep treating customers this way, they'll likely go out of business. Please refund my payment and allow me to use the gift card to resolve this issue.
The returns process has been chaotic. I was told I could receive a full refund until the end of January, but I just received a gift card without any explanation. I’ve been waiting weeks for my second refund for another order. Please resolve this!
