I ordered a package on November 30. The package never arrived and after a month I followed up with Bound about what was happening, they responded a couple weeks later saying my package had been declared lost and I could choose a replacement item as what i originally ordered wasn’t available anymore. I responded right away requesting an item that was a price jump, but i thought would be fine as I had lost my package. About a week later I finally heard from them, saying it was too expensive to replace my cheaper item, so I checked their website and found the item i had originally ordered much to my frustration as they said it wasn’t available anymore. I emailed back asking for that shirt and haven’t heard anything, just sending a follow up email today after 2 weeks of nothing. While their customer service has been decent when they respond, the long wait is very frustrating and I don’t feel like a priority at all. Sad because I was excited to support a small brand, but i won’t be shopping with Bound again. Hopefully this situation can be resolved soon.
