Shipping delays are unacceptable! I ordered a sweater kit that was marked as "in stock" with a promise of delivery before Christmas—placed my order on Dec 8th, which should have been ample time. More than a week has passed and my order is still in "processing." The so-called "live support" chat is just an AI bot providing scripted replies. Customer service finally contacted me via email to inform me that "processing times are currently delayed," but offered no additional details on when I might expect my order to ship. I regret my purchase from this seller and will not order from them again—this is ridiculous.
