I ordered two items online on December 12th as Christmas gifts. Each day without a delivery update made me more anxious since I needed the package before December 24th. After no updates, I contacted customer support on December 22nd, only to find out they didn’t have the necessary color in stock and wouldn’t be getting it soon. Now it’s January 3rd, and I still haven’t received the items and will likely wait another week. Despite my patience, my order is taking at least 18 days instead of the promised 3-4 days, and the recipient hasn’t received her gift. The most frustrating part is that I had to reach out to the support team myself; otherwise, I would still be unaware of the stock issue. Overall, this has been a very disappointing shopping experience.
