The product is alright. The 'unscented' one is probably the best.
It lasts for a long time. So long that I have had to repeatedly push back the next delivery date. I don't understand how anyone could get through it so fast that they need a refill (of 3 more blocks) after just 3 months!
I used to get notifications telling me that it was almost time for the next refill, and have to log in and reschedule the date.
However last time there was no advance notice, just a message saying that the refill pack was being sent out that day. Alarmed, I contacted the company straight away, and was reassured that it wouldn't be sent.
But a few hours later, I was told that it had been sent, and it was too late to stop it, and found that a charge had already been applied to my bank account.
This was a horribly stressful experience. I had to contact my bank and make it clear that I hadn't authorised any payment. After multiple phone calls and emails, I eventually got an apology from Make Waves, but this has ruined my trust in them.
