The product is alright. The 'unscented' one is probably the best.
It lasts for a long time. So long that I have had to repeatedly push back the next delivery date. I don't understand how anyone could get through it so fast that they need a refill (of 3 more blocks) after just 3 months!
I used to get notifications telling me that it was almost time for the next refill, and have to log in and reschedule the date.
However last time there was no advance notice, just a message saying that the refill pack was being sent out that day. Alarmed, I contacted the company straight away, and was reassured that it wouldn't be sent.
But a few hours later, I was told that it had been sent, and it was too late to stop it, and found that a charge had already been applied to my bank account.
This was a horribly stressful experience. I had to contact my bank and make it clear that I hadn't authorised any payment. After multiple phone calls and emails, I eventually got an apology from Make Waves, but this has ruined my trust in them.
Great product, both my husband and I use it. The reusable hard plastic case stays clean, unlike a competitor product. The ordering process is aimed towards a subscription model, but single purchases can be made with a few extra clicks. Very swift delivery
Of all the natural deodorants I have tried, Make Waves is by far the best. I use the antiperspirant and my favourite scent is pink pomegranate! Customer services are attentive with queries also. 4* as it is quite costly is my only criticism.
I moved across to Make Waves from Wild and do not regret my decision at all! The anti-perspirants are great. They smell nice, they don't leave white marks on clothes and they last really well too. The subscription service works well and if you have any issues with ordering etc the customer service team is amazing. Super fast response time and problems are sorted quickly. I use a lot of online services and the customer service from Make Waves exceeds any level of service I've had elsewhere. I would definitely recommend trying these out if you haven't done so already, there is nothing to fault!
I purchased to try out the product and i absolutely love it ,I've even joined a subscription to ensure I always have it at home .I bought during winter ,well see how it holds up in summer .but no sweat no smell at all and I have sensitive skin no itch.
I truly love this brand ! I have tried others similar but this is far superior. The smells are gorgeous, the product is kind to my sensitive skin and the subscription is easy to use and manage. Even for someone like me who wanted a new scent as soon as it came out so I changed my subscription and got it sent straight away rather than waiting!

Genuinely great anti perspirant. Since being a teenager I have struggled with sweating through tops. I have tried using all the usual brands of spray, roll on and sticks but nothing has worked as well as Make Waves. The amount of sweating has dramatically decreased so I rarely get sweaty patches anymore. Plus it smells good, and lasts, so I know I can go the day without smelling of BO!
This company was very efficient and I received my order promptly. I was a bit dubious as I have tried other deodorants and they haven’t all been successful. I am so far very pleased with my new product and although I’ve not used it for very long I’m glad I took the offer and I have already ordered some more in different fragrances. I would definitely recommend them.
I was already using the crumbly flakey one when this pop-up ad about Make Waves came on. The ad specifically mentioned the flakiness & claimed how much better this one was. I bought the coconut & vanilla pack and I'm so glad I did😁 It goes on so smoothly, smells gorgeous and feels immediately soft & dry. Plus, I've never had to reapply later on in the day. It gives me a great feeling to know that I am buying from a company who deeply care about sustainability & the planet❤️🌎I am spreading the word to friends & family insisting they give it a go, and I can say with certainty that I will not be trying any other brands, as this is perfect in every way😘The website is set up in a way so you can reorder in less than a minute, choose your scent, choose the frequency of your subscription, done. You may, as I have, chosen to buy a 2nd applicator for the handbag, but other than that, you have everything you'll need for the future. Your chosen scents arrive in a thin cardboard pack, which goes straight in the recycling. Never again will I be browsing the many rows of spray deodorant in metal tins. I cannot recommend this strongly enough, if you're shopping for a new & better product, please let it be this one, you won't regret it.
I’ve tried many, many underarm products. This is the only one I’ve found antiperspirant AS WELL AS deodorant- as much as I’ve persevered with others, I cannot get used to wet armpits!! This one is the best. I’ve had a couple of issues with direct debit as they switched systems but it was dealt with swiftly & with apology. This is my one negotiable subscription!
