I received a fleece in a timely manner, and while the quality is good and I like it, it's too large. I ordered the same size as the model, as I'm of a similar build, but it's way too big for me. I've emailed without any response for a week, so I followed up but still got nothing. I reached out on social media and waited a few days for a reply. Someone asked for my order number but hasn't acknowledged my earlier message. I'm quite disappointed. I have a fleece that doesn't fit and no one is addressing the issue. It's unfortunate because the company's ethos is commendable, but their customer service is lacking. I'd advise sizing down if you decide to order.
