I received a fleece in a timely manner. The quality is good and I like it, but unfortunately, it’s too large. I ordered the same size as indicated for the model, as I have a similar build (if anything, I'm slightly larger), but it fits me like a tent. I've emailed the support team but have received no reply for a week. After following up, there was still no response. I tried reaching out via social media and waited several days for feedback. I was asked for my order number, but my earlier message seems to have been overlooked. I’m quite disappointed. I have a fleece that's too big, and no one is getting back to me to resolve the issue. It’s unfortunate because the company's values are commendable, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. My advice would be to size down, as these items run large.

It's unfortunate to give only 2 stars since the product was excellent but too small. Returning it was a hassle, and it ultimately got lost in the mail, so I received no refund. I filed a claim with the postal service, but they only reimburse a maximum that is half the product's value. You should be certain about sizing when ordering from this supplier, as returns depend heavily on the postal system, which clearly has issues. Most clothing suppliers today offer hassle-free returns, and I expect the same from any online business. It's disappointing, and now I’m out of pocket simply for wanting to return an item.

How can you criticize these folks? I love their wear one share one strategy for addressing homelessness. I typically buy something whenever I see their pop-up shop, but I’ve also ordered online. Everything arrived promptly and washes very well.
