I ordered a nice fleece but in the wrong size, so I sent it back for an exchange and didn't hear anything for weeks. I had to reach out via social media to get a response. A replacement fleece arrived, but it was too short, so I sent it back again and requested a refund. It's been nearly 4 weeks, and I still haven't heard back. It's disappointing, as I really appreciate the company’s ethos and the quality of their products, but the customer service is severely lacking. I hope to receive my refund before Christmas.
