I received a fleece in a timely manner. The quality is good and I like it, but unfortunately, it’s too large. I ordered the same size as indicated for the model, as I have a similar build (if anything, I'm slightly larger), but it fits me like a tent. I've emailed the support team but have received no reply for a week. After following up, there was still no response. I tried reaching out via social media and waited several days for feedback. I was asked for my order number, but my earlier message seems to have been overlooked. I’m quite disappointed. I have a fleece that's too big, and no one is getting back to me to resolve the issue. It’s unfortunate because the company's values are commendable, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. My advice would be to size down, as these items run large.
