I didn't hear anything from the company until I reached out asking to cancel the order (as it wouldn't arrive in time for me to gift it as I had originally planned and I had to find something else). They said that their warehouse had been slammed and unfortunately they can't cancel the order because it's preparing to ship. I made it clear that I no longer want the item. Since it hasn't shipped, and I no longer have a need for it, it seems that the order could be canceled. Instead, I'll have to pay to return the shipment that hasn't yet shipped to me. What!?! Your site clearly states that shipments will go out in 3-5 days (and should arrive within 3-7 days). If you can't honor that, honor the requests to cancel.
