Review Time
I’m really disappointed with my experience. The pillow ended up being too short for me (I’m 5’6”), and you can’t return it once it’s opened—something you don’t truly know until you try it. On top of that, there was supposed to be a free blanket included with my order from last fall, and months later I still haven’t received it despite repeated assurances that it’s coming. At this point, the whole experience feels misleading and very frustrating.
Ordered on 12/16/2025, shipping confirmed in time for Xmas. I honestly forgot all about it until I got an email on 01/27/2026 stating it was ready for shipping. The company refused to cancel the order. Still has not arrived as of 02/04/2026 so I can't even comment yet on how fun and efficient the return process is going to be. Can't comment on the quality of the product that has never come. They did send me another email that said if I buy another product off of their Amazon site and leave them a good review they will reimburse the price of the additional product, so I go that going for me. They are claiming competitors who sell knockoffs are leaving them fake bad reviews...don't think so. Buyer beware of this company.
Horrible experience. I ordered a body pillow and says express shipping 3/5 days. That has NOT happened as of today its been on er 6 days with. O tracking..ive reached out and revieved and excuse that the warehouse that MY order went to has issues "Upon further checking, it appears that your order was sent to ship from a warehouse of ours that was out of stock. We use a few fulfillment centers across the country and sometimes our software automatically sends an order to a warehouse that does not have stock.We are in the process of manually checking all our orders and making sure they ship out but had not yet gotten to yours. I am personally going to make sure the warehouse changes to a location that is in stock so we can ship this out ASAP.Again, I am very sorry for the delay and appreciate you reaching out to flag this. You should now expect tracking in the next 24-48 hours" dealing with someone named Bryan via email... I should have read other reviews as when I did thia seems to be bery common.. taked over mo th etc to get product and some people still didn't get it. I emailed him back and said I wanted a refund since item didn't ship and wasnt going to wait another 48 hours..with in 10 min I get email from. Him with a tracking #..hmmm what happened to 48 hours? Unfortunately when I click on it says they created a table but UPS has not recieved item to ship.. I let Bryan know this..and again excuses excuses.. last thing I emailed was that if I click on the link in am am still hasn't shipped I want a refund to which Bryan replied "Hi Caroline,I sincerely apologize for the frustration, and I understand this has been a stressful experience. We are truly doing our best to ensure everything reaches you.As mentioned, since the order is already in transit and currently with the carrier, we can no longer cancel it. You should see those tracking updates reflecting its progress shortly as it moves through the network.Best regards,Bryan"Again I asked for the refund earlier..NOW he's saying they cant stop the shipping..even though it hasn't SHIPPED yet... I sent email ba k stating im done going round and round if doesnt ship in am like I told him I will refuse package and will call my bank un am and forward all emails to back up my refund request..after that email Bryan went dark on me. Lol. Do urself a favor DONT buy. And read the reviews BEFORE ordering anything. I learned the hard way! If I could give this company a zero, I absolutely would. The “person” you get when you email the help email address is either 100% AI, or just completely unhelpful and unwilling to resolve anything. I reached out asking to have my order canceled, after I noticed the order hadn’t even been processed 5 days after I placed it. I was offered either 8% off if I kept the order (which is an absolute slap in the face) or the option to cancel. I continued to ask to cancel my order and to receive a refund. The next notification I received was a shipping notification and tracking number, NOT a refund. Now that they’ve shipped it out AFTER I had explicitly told them I wanted to cancel the order, they’re saying that their returns aren’t free and I would have to cover those expensive myself. I am unbelievably disappointed and angered by the absolute lack of responsibility this company is willing to take to correct their mistakes. No customer should have to assume a company’s mistakes and take on the financial liability of such an expensive product that they have mishandled. This has honestly been one of the most horrible experiences I have ever had with a company.
I wish I read the reviews on here first. The product is not well made inside. They use very cheap filling. When I reached out to the company, because it went from being a great pillow to being very flat and not firm anymore, they told me to buy my own filling. When I did some research, the worst possible filling to get is polyfiber mixed with memory foam, which is exactly what they put in it. So it's very cheaply made and they don't treat customers right when they tell you to go buy your own.
I ordered a $189 Plufl cooling body pillow during a promotion that included a free cooling blanket. The pillow eventually arrived after delays — but the blanket didn’t.It took multiple emails, repeated follow-ups, and several broken shipping promises before they finally shipped the promotional item weeks later. The only reason it moved forward was constant pressure on my end.Customer service was polite but timelines were not reliable, and at one point the tone felt dismissive considering how long the issue had dragged on. I did receive a small partial refund after pushing for compensation, but the amount of effort required just to get a complete order was excessive.The pillow itself is fabulous — but the fulfillment process and communication were extremely frustrating. If you order during a promotion, keep screenshots and be prepared to follow up persistently.I have completed Attorney General, BBB & FTC complaints.Just sharing my honest experience so others can make informed decisions.
I didn't hear anything from the company until I reached out asking to cancel the order (as it wouldn't arrive in time for me to gift it as I had originally planned and I had to find something else). They said that their warehouse had been slammed and unfortunately they can't cancel the order because it's preparing to ship. I made it clear that I no longer want the item. Since it hasn't shipped, and I no longer have a need for it, it seems that the order could be canceled. Instead, I'll have to pay to return the shipment that hasn't yet shipped to me. What!?! Your site clearly states that shipments will go out in 3-5 days (and should arrive within 3-7 days). If you can't honor that, honor the requests to cancel.
I can't use the pillow I recieved as it is the orignal size (per their website) and not the large I ordered meant for taller people. I ordered back in October and have sent multiple emails trying to remedy the situation. I have been asked to submit photos three times and have done so twice (I will not keep sending photos to extend this process...they have two diff sets taken at least a week apart) showing the measurments that match those for an original pillow on their website. I still have not received the free cooling blanket that came with my order. Customer service will run round and round avoiding the problem and prolonging the experience as long as possible. I really tried to work with this company. I gave them 2 1/2 months to make this right. It is no small thing to spend $200 on a pillow in a last ditch effort to improve sleep quality. I am very disappointed in how this entire process has been handled by this company.
Wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. I’d seen Noah and Yuki on Shark Tank and was rooting for them. I was not expecting their company to be a complete SCAM. I ordered the HUGL with cooling blanket in late Oct. 2025. It’s now 2026 and I have nothing. I’m still waiting on TRACKING INFO. Mind you, the products were promised to be shipped in 3-5 days. But it’s been 3 months and not even tracking info sent. I’ve emailed countless times asking for updates, and Bryan’s only response is to apologize for delay and promise to have info soon. I’ve now asked for my order to be cancelled with full refund but I suspect that won’t happen either and I’ll have to go through the credit card company. Absolutely disappointing.
My first review never posted..hmmm seems fishy to me. I wish I could post the photo here of the Plufl XL I received. Looks NOTHING like the photo on the order page. They actually changed the design all together from what it was originally, to something clearly cheaper and disfunctional, but failed to post that on their page as well. They won't let me return it because apparently the money back guarantee does NOT apply to the Plufl XL. It's outright misleading. They said they'd send extra filling after not returning it for me, never received that either. It’s flat as a pancake on the long sides with a gap on the bottom between the sides that touches the hard floor. Literally useless.
