I can't use the pillow I recieved as it is the orignal size (per their website) and not the large I ordered meant for taller people. I ordered back in October and have sent multiple emails trying to remedy the situation. I have been asked to submit photos three times and have done so twice (I will not keep sending photos to extend this process...they have two diff sets taken at least a week apart) showing the measurments that match those for an original pillow on their website. I still have not received the free cooling blanket that came with my order. Customer service will run round and round avoiding the problem and prolonging the experience as long as possible. I really tried to work with this company. I gave them 2 1/2 months to make this right. It is no small thing to spend $200 on a pillow in a last ditch effort to improve sleep quality. I am very disappointed in how this entire process has been handled by this company.
