On 2/9/26, I ordered the cooling pillow and an extra large bed. I received the cooling pillow and not the bed on February 12th. Due to the extended waiting time, I requested that the order for the bed be refunded to me. I was told after an argument going back and forth about this bed that it would take 7 to 12 business days for the money to be refunded to the original payment method. Today is March 8th and I just received an email stating that the bed is with FedEx with a tracking number which is the exact opposite of what I was told was going to happen. I did not order something to wait a month to get it and have made other arrangements with the money for this bed. It's like they stalled on purpose until they got more in stock. I sent another email demanding my money be in by Wednesday the 11th and advise them that I was refusing this delivery. This entire "transaction" is shady at best. Do not tell the public that your product will ship in two to five days, continue to argue about not refunding and just being patient, flat out lying and saying that the money was being refunded, then turn around and send the product a month later. Bad business. Never again. Beware of this company.
