I wouldn't even rate them with one star at this point; they don't deserve any. After losing my phone and then finding it damaged, I filed a claim and have been ignored since. I haven't received any acknowledgment or updates, despite multiple emails. I'm now unable to access my banking apps due to the damaged phone, leaving me without money. It's unacceptable that they can't even send a basic email to manage client expectations. I will be escalating this matter.
