Avoid This Insurance Provider

I highly recommend against using this insurance provider as they are denying the repair or replacement of my device after five years of paying for my policy. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t suggest them to anyone.

Extremely Frustrating Experience

I wouldn't even rate them with one star at this point; they don't deserve any. After losing my phone and then finding it damaged, I filed a claim and have been ignored since. I haven't received any acknowledgment or updates, despite multiple emails. I'm now unable to access my banking apps due to the damaged phone, leaving me without money. It's unacceptable that they can't even send a basic email to manage client expectations. I will be escalating this matter.

Unsatisfactory Service and High Costs

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this insurance provider. When I filed a claim for my device, the process was poorly managed. The contractor failed to collect my phone on the first attempt, causing delays. The replacement device I received was defective, and I ultimately had to purchase a new one myself. Additionally, when I tried to insure a new device, they informed me they could not cover it, and my premium increased significantly. My formal complaint received a dismissive response, leaving me feeling frustrated and without confidence in their service.

Terrible Experience!

My son was without his phone when he needed it the most. This service didn't ask for receipts at renewal until I filed a claim. Their response time has been painfully slow. I've since canceled my policy, but be warned: if you want to make a claim, they will treat you poorly while continuing to take your money for years.

Fast and Easy Process

The claim was resolved quickly with two options provided. I could either handle the repair myself or send it to one of their partners. I chose the latter, and the collection, repair, and delivery were completed within a week. The longest part for me was ensuring all my information was backed up and restored, as I'm not very tech-savvy!

Disappointing and Slow Service

I called regarding my phone repair, but the contractor took too long to arrange collection. I sent my phone on the 30th of July, but it took two weeks to receive a replacement. What's the point of insurance if the process is so slow? I've been with this provider for over eight years, but I plan to cancel after this experience. They didn't confirm any details for the replacement device, and their response to my inquiries was inadequate. I'm very disappointed.

Satisfactory Claim Process

My kids broke the TV. I called the service to file a claim and provided pictures via email. Within 24 hours, they confirmed they would settle the claim, and after sending my bank details, I received the funds in about three to four days. I'm very pleased with the service I received.
