I am extremely disappointed with TALA regarding my order (#1413249) worth £256.10.The parcel was allegedly left outside my front door without being handed to me personally. No signature was obtained, and I did not receive it.For an order of this value, leaving it unattended is completely unacceptable and demonstrates a lack of proper delivery standards.I have already completed and returned the Denial of Receipt form as requested and am awaiting their investigation. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, as customers should not have to face stress and uncertainty due to poor delivery practices for expensive orders.As this is a high-value order, I have also taken steps to protect my payment through Klarna, and I hope TALA resolves this matter quickly without further delay.
