One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. They sent me a horrible product and, instead of making it right, they chose to blame me.
Their excuse is ridiculous: they claim the item I received is from a release from 5 years ago and that they do not even sell it anymore. So how did it end up in my order? Either they have serious problems with quality control and warehouse management, or they are simply refusing to take responsibility.
Since then, I have received vague replies, long delays, and no actual solution. No refund, no replacement with the correct product, and no proper assistance. Just a complete waste of my time.
When a brand makes a mistake, the real test is how they handle it. This brand failed completely: they deny, accuse, and avoid responsibility.
Disgraceful experience. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
