Utterly unacceptable experience so far. I filed a claim when I returned from my holiday on September 9th. I was told I'd hear back within 5 days. After sending another email on September 27th due to no response, here we are on October 5th and guess what? Still nothing. I'm out at least £800, which I can't afford, and they haven't even acknowledged my claim!
