The quality of the photos was subpar, and when I requested a return for the gift, I received about six emails from the company indicating they would assist me with the return, only to ultimately inform me that they wouldn't. I believe they should ensure the item is only produced with high-quality photos. They are aware of the requirements; the customer is not! They take advantage of clients who are grieving, promising a meaningful keepsake but delivering a cheap, non-returnable product. I'm extremely dissatisfied.
