Review Time
The jewelry is really lovely. The picture quality is good. The reason I gave a rating 3 is the chain is very delicate, also soon after I ordered I notice they had the same picture on two of the four necklaces I ordered. I tried calling, chat messaging, and emailing the company within a half hour of the order to change the photo on one the jewelry item picture, but I was contacted a few days later saying I couldn't for the order was in processed.
The charms are beautiful, I am hoping they don't tarnish with time.
This was intended to be a meaningful Christmas surprise for my grieving daughter, but it fell short due to unsatisfactory customer service. I paid extra for expedited shipping, but the item was not finished on time and arrived after Christmas on 1/2 instead of 12/23. When I reached out to the support team about this issue, my concerns were overlooked and not resolved. It was a very disappointing experience, especially considering the emotional importance of the gift.
The quality of the photos was subpar, and when I requested a return for the gift, I received about six emails from the company indicating they would assist me with the return, only to ultimately inform me that they wouldn't. I believe they should ensure the item is only produced with high-quality photos. They are aware of the requirements; the customer is not! They take advantage of clients who are grieving, promising a meaningful keepsake but delivering a cheap, non-returnable product. I'm extremely dissatisfied.
I ordered from this seller and the only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that it took over a month to arrive, and they didn't provide accurate delivery updates. However, the quality of the product is outstanding, and the results are fantastic.
Caution: The product description mentions a shipping timeframe of 1-2 weeks, so I placed my order on 12/6 for a holiday gift. On 12/11, I received an email indicating it was still being made, with a link to check shipping details. It was there that I discovered it could take up to 25 days. Why wasn't this information provided at the time of my order? My item was completed on 12/18, but it wasn't shipped until 12/23. The expected arrival is now 12/30, which is too late for the holiday.
The company heavily promotes holiday gifts on social media but fails to ship them in time for Christmas. I placed my order on 12/1, and they claimed the production was finished by 12/13. However, the items weren't shipped until 12/20, with an expected arrival of 12/27. I reached out to the support team well in advance, but they did nothing to expedite the shipping process.
I placed my order on 11/24, but upon receiving it, I discovered that several items were missing. I've been getting generic emails that do not resolve the issue. I strongly advise against ordering from this service, as they have numerous unresolved complaints that seem unlikely to be addressed.
