I really wanted to give 5 stars because I like the quality and material of FIGS uniforms, but my experience was very frustrating.
I waited almost 4 weeks to receive my order due to repeated delivery issues with their carrier, UniUni. There were multiple “failed delivery attempts” despite me being home, no buzzer being used, and only brief missed calls late at night.
A replacement order was sent, but the exact same issue happened again.
While the product itself is great, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing.
I hope they reconsider their choice of carrier because it really affects the overall customer experience.
